Judy and the rest of the staff at Gone Country Hats are amazing. After weeks of looking for a cowboy hat that fit me, I had all but given up on the purchase. Then, I came across "Gone Country Hats" in Orlando, FL. Their personized service and low pricing exceeded all expectations. As icing on the cake, I discovered they actually make their own hats. My hat made it from Orlando to my front porch in North Georgia in 3 days with constant tracking from UPS and Gone Country. For someone to purchase a hat elsewhere would be a grave mistake.
